Are We Addicted to Suffering?...

So today I will reveal my final thoughts on this subject and gracefully move on. Another huge contributing factor of suffering is the common practice of lying to please others and ourselves, by means of defending and hiding characteristics that we hold of ourselves as being inappropriate or wrong. What feels at the time as just being a little white lie over a life time holds much more profound repercussions. Causing the mind to be out of alignment with who we truly are, as mentioned in yesterdays...

The beauty of the dance is that everyone sings a different tune, and dances in many styles.
