When the light shines upon
The old wound within the soul
It seems like more pain adding on
And striving to feel whole

The wound has a cover
So that it can heal
Uncovering it feels like a puncture
With so much pain to feel

I've noticed that what you focus on can put you on the right or wrong path. When you're focused on perfection and you make a mistake, you get mad at yourself and if someone else makes a mistake it's hard to stay Godly. But if you focus on peace it's easier to obey God. And what's really interesting is that the focus is from between the eyes (the third eye), like as if what you focus on is what you see spiritually.

There was a product called kinoki pads. What they say that its supposed to do is absorb all the toxins out of your body through your feet. Well, I had high hopes for it and gave it a try. The first night I felt like the toxins are being pulled out of my body into the kinoki pads on my feet. I saw the pads were icky looking and was convinced that these are the toxins.
