out of the blue my 3rd grade teacher...and family friend... emails me.....right after that I got an email from my mother--who hasn't spoken to me in over 20 yrs. I have not had a post traumatic relaspe in 2 yrs---!!!!!!- ...if anything would tricker it it would be these 2 women.
I am not all healed, but I have tools now...and I mostly pass through easily now.
I am derailed a bit now as I just read the saddest prayer request....really need to get my mind off that.
