out of the blue my 3rd grade teacher...and family friend... emails me.....right after that I got an email from my mother--who hasn't spoken to me in over 20 yrs. I have not had a post traumatic relaspe in 2 yrs---!!!!!!- ...if anything would tricker it it would be these 2 women.
I am not all healed, but I have tools now...and I mostly pass through easily now.
I am derailed a bit now as I just read the saddest prayer request....really need to get my mind off that.

I was sick. It came at the end of March and I am just now getting over it...was bad.

I have never been happy ....so I assumed I was unhappy.......today I realized I don't to be unhappy and when I would have that thought would say; you don't have to be unhappy you can be something else...this belief I am unhappy affects my overall feelingof well being.
also realized mike treats me the same as his possessions...sticks me away and if he comes upon me he is happy and then he gets bored and I am neglected til he happens upon me again and is happy to see me.

I have been focused on my claustaphobia and when I am focused on something I am fairly oblivious of anything else. When I turned 50 I had my cards read and the message there was I was even overlooking people and people's feelings I get so focused so since then I have tried not to do that but still I do sometimes. I am not yet ready to dig deep into my claustaphobia, just settling in how bad it is and letting things float to the surface.

bracing....literally...for a major snow event beginning midnight tonight thru midnight friday...over the weekend our power was out for like 6 hours and there wasn't even a major...or minor...weather event happening.
