Being young, I feel I have a looong way to go before I truly understand God's greatness. What better way to keep track of my accomplishments (feats and failures) than a blog? Even if no one reads, and my efforts appear to be in vain, at least I'll have something to look back on for inspiration. Many thanks to those who do, though.

Hey, all. Thanks for stopping by. As you may have gathered, by name is Devon M.

I think blogging is a good way to keep track of things you care about. In my case, my 'journey'. I'll try to post to it at least a couple times a week, give or take. My hope is that many of you can relate to my experiences, and maybe even find guidence through them.

As some of you may already know, I'm just recently exploring my faith again. The past few years have been hard for me, and the Lord knows I've sinned repeatedly. It's not that I didn't believe in him, I just didn't care. I felt cynical of the whole Christian religion. I've since learned that this ;cynical feeling' is one of the devil's more commonly used tricks to snatch us. I've asked for forginveness (and will continue to do so) and, feeling 'new', I think I'm ready to start again.

Anyway, it's 8:39 AM right now. I'm sitting in bed (just woke up) and... yeah. Gettin' a little hungry. I think I'm gonna go upstairs and eat now.

Oh, but before I leave, I'd like to share an experience with you: http://www.christianforums.com/t7429636/. I posted that thread last night, before I went to bed. It's an experience I had two nights ago, a real eye-opener for me.

So anyway, yeah... see you around!
