I at times get overwhelmed with the expectations and needs of those in my congregation. I pastor a congregation of 150-175 people. I do my best to help everyone experience meaningful worship and a practical lesson from the Bible that can help them deal with life. Each week I face so many different needs that I know that I can't address them all. I want to lead people in their spiritual life yet every persons experience and life situations are so different. My hope each week is that God will help me to be His voice and hands to touch as many people as I can with the unconditional love of Jesus.
