Does anybody else feel the government is trying to squeeze every last penny out of the workers?
I understand that the NHS and other vital services all require financial support.
As the government taxes the individual then surely the government has a duty not to waste such money on unpopular wars (Iraq and Afghanistan) and white elephants.
I guess the current financial down-turn is leading may of us to such thoughts.
