Today I was feeling down, kept thinking sure wish I would see manifest the things of god and some supernatural stuff....brooded for hours, then went back to bed for hours, then got up and turned on Joyce Meyers, she said and it reminded me, faith comes from hearing......
we are not born with it and cannot will it, it does come from hearing....
still brooding though, I turned on the 700 club, see how Pat Robertson is veiwing things lately...didn't get much from that, switched to tbn...cute...

Healing is a process. Joyce Meyer said she became depressed at times when she felt she should not talk, or say more than the bare miminum....I become depressed too when I feel I have to monitor myself always. Journaling is about not monitor myself always...I have thoughts, they have to go somewhere and for so long I have stuffed them, just habit really.
