I've been feeling extremely spiteful lately, what with the lack of sleep, stress, and other issues pressing down on me. As such, I've begun to get feelings of resentment and hatred for everyone, including the people I most often feel the closest to.

I can't seem to use my old coping method, with simply ignoring a problem or not thinking about it. Everything is pressing on me at once, and I'm afraid that if it continues for much longer that I will be unable to contain my rage.
