Penumbra

I joined this forum to try to discuss religion and spirituality with people. I've been depressed for way too long and the beliefs I once had have withered away. I don't know if talking to people here will give me a positive view or a negative view towards spirituality, so all I can do is wait and see.

I'm really interested in understanding how people pray or meditate, from a variety of religions perspectives, as such things never really worked for me.
