Starting my Mornings off with a GOOD Stretch

Morning all 
For the past 3 days I've been starting off my mornings with a quick 5-10 minute stretching session. Helps to warm up the muscles and wakes me up. I tend to like to do yoga type stretches although I don't believe in the spiritual side of yoga.
