A Great Beginner's Workout

I've been searching for workouts for a beginner since I've lost a lot of muscle strength over the years. I found this workout this evening and I loved it.
The instructor provides a 30 minute workout and its mostly aerobic exercises-- great for those who need to build up flexibility and strength before moving on to more difficult workouts, exercises, or with using equipment.
