Back on the band wagon. I know I can be successful-- I was down to 178 lbs before, so I know I CAN totally lose weight. I know I'm smart enough to know how to do, my body can handle exercise, and I know emotionally I feel better.
My one and only goal this week is to track my food and stay in around 1300 calories. Sounds easy, right!?! Hopefully it won't be too hard.
