I feel very lonely this evening. Sort of empty and a little lost. Have sort of been chatting to Jesus about it off and on today, and I know He's here. It's just, do you ever feel like you need a hug? It'll pass. But tonight it's hard.

CF feels lonely

Many, many people have left, and friends who are on staff are behind a sheet of glass somewhere far away. No talking anymore; no fellowship - they're rarely even seen. I thank God for the wonderful people who remain, but CF has become a lonely place.

So many people are struggling at the moment. Losing faith, or being mistreated and walking away from the Lord... have never known it to be this high before.

He loves us too much for that.

Concentric circles

Have been wondering recently which is more important: someone's views, or the manner in which they express them. That's a weird thing to be thinking about because, doctrinally, I adhere to the Bible fairly strictly... and my time here has taught me that if you adhere, your beliefs supercede all else, and nothing is more important, not even how kind, or Christian.

But recently, have been wondering whether the way we carry ourselves isn't the most important thing of all. Why is it so...
