Hands Await You.....

One’s health is good one’s house is fine
Life’s portion’s more than fair
Eating choice meat washed down with wine
Heaven has had to share

We think we’re free, but nothing’s real
For souls with hearts of stone
Is it perhaps the way we feel?
Because of things we own

We think we’re rich though lost and poor
We disobey God’s word
Unless in Christ our heart’s made pure
Our reasoning’s absurd

We’ll still remain...

This world’s become the devil’s whore
With offspring of despair
Deceived; they close to light their door
Refusing truth to share

But Jesus has a word to say
With power much unknown
With love to show His flock The Way
And heal one’s heart of stone

The war is on the choice is free
Whichever side we’ll fight
To whom we choose to bend our knee
Darkness or radiant Light

Satan would have one’s mouth be still...

Although your war is far from won
Although Christ’s cloud draws near
Yet in my house God’s Light is on
And I’ve no need to fear

God’s Truth has come His love is mine
I’ve drank from Heaven’s Spring
Since grafted firmly in The Vine
Life’s brand new song I sing

Though battles come and conflicts rise
Demonic hoards persist
Through traps and snares through diverse lies
Obedience can resist

Cascading fountains crystal clear
No diamond could replace
This unknown joy I’m feeling here
Comes through The Father’s grace

Through Him! True love’s far from hollow
Daily we watch it grow
Where Jesus goes I will follow
Where Heaven sends I’ll go

Our perfect love’s like bubbling streams
Our courtship’s ever sweet
Our marriage beyond wildest dreams
Just knocks me off my feet

You’re walking tall you seldom fail
Scarcely shed a tear
Giving no thought of those in jail
Who live to die in fear

You’re walking dead devoid of Light
Bound up with selfish chains
At risk to lose life’s vital fight
If no one yet explains

One’s heart must have some pity there
Some tenderness of soul
Concern, compassion, love and care
To find life’s splendid goal
