Hope In Faith......

Is not death’s banner flying high?
Harvesting night and day!
What hope is left the day we die?
When sin’s vast wage we pay

Can someone hope to flee from hell?
Regardless of one’s past?
Will Jesus’ blood make all things well?
And set one free at last

Can one repent and truly live?
Rely on hope supreme
Receive in faith all God would give
From life’s eternal Stream

When turning backs to wanton...

To sunshine, rain, through stormy gale
Leaving glory and realm
The boat of life’s about to sail
With Jesus at the helm

Seeking the sick the weak and strong
The young the old astray
To thrive within His righteous throng
He fishes night and day

With great remorse vital regrets
In seas and oceans wide
We flee like fish from Heaven’s nets
Before the great divide

We struggle in the net when caught...

With peace great joy powerful love
Grace; few others have seen
I’ve hope and faith to rise above
Where life has always been

I’ll talk nor live to foolish strife
Walk valleys plagued with death
But to the hills suppressing life
I’ll speak with Heaven’s Breath

Confronting shadows here and there
Armoured from head to toe
Since Jesus’ strength is ours to share
Let’s conquer every foe

Beyond where eagles fail to soar
Beyond life’s great divide
Awaits the narrow open door
For me to walk inside

The bible’s true I’ve heard Your voice
For me the battle’s won
I know I’ve made the perfect choice
Believing Christ Your Son

The One who chose to suffer all
Who gave His all for love
For all obedient to His call
To live to rise above

Above the clouds of disbelief

As soldiers in the war of wars
In God’s almighty throng
Some sit idle behind closed doors
Believing nothing’s wrong

In combat suit of jungle green
In mask in shrouded veil
We walk in shadows crouch unseen
Wondering why we fail

With filthy minds, hearts plagued with bile
Rivals skulking within
They’d infiltrate both rank and file
Of those who’d combat sin

But holding strong by standing true...
