From Bad To Verse

It’s so difficult to disagree
Mainly with those we know
Especially church to some degree
At least to those we go

Tradition rules with golden crown
Without a moments doubt
It’s hard to pull deceivers down
Especially those with clout

In fancy robes just sitting there
Preaching the same old thing
They’ve nothings fresh God’s flock to share
But just the songs they sing

Their Bibles must fail pages...

Where do you live what do you do?
How do you spend your time?
For I’ve moved from where I’m used to
A place with so much crime

Where some have foolishness believed
Others have so much doubt
Of what, others have been deceived
I know nothing about

Is righteousness here anywhere?
Is anyone! not lost?
Do any love or even care?
That someone’s paid the cost

Has no one told them of God’s Word?...

The fig tree’s turning deeper green
The second coming’s rife
A miracle will soon be seen
When Jesus claims His wife

The day of The Bridegroom dawning
The world will see The King
Quite suddenly, without warning
His trumpet sound will cling

According to The Lord’s decree
People from everywhere
Will join the bride or surely see
Her rising in the air

Salvation’s cloud may soon appear
Then...

You have!!! Life’s facts & love
You have true faith to carry on
Trusting to rise above

Consider if The Truth is yours
Consider all things well
Have you God’s Key to open doors
And close the one to hell

Is God’s Holy Spirit inside?
Does love your life command?
You know with Christ you will reside
Within The Promised Land!

Although I knew about His Son
I didn’t seek His love

Though He was God He came to earth
As mortal flesh and bone
His virgin mother gave Him birth
To change man’s heart of stone

He came to find the lost astray
Their sinful souls to save
To heal the sick and show The Way
To flee both death and grave

I know He went to Calvary...
