The ugliness of sin’s dark face
The vilest grotesque sound
The evil smell of life’s disgrace
When in one’s heart is found

Lord cleanse my heart of Satan’s stench
My precious soul of wrong
Give strength to break the devil’s clench
That I may sing life’s song

Let love be in-between
Consume with hate all foolish doubt
Let wisdom intervene

Depression cell by cell
Prisoners waiting judgment day
Then endless life in hell

Perhaps it’s you who’s locked inside
Blind to salvation’s tree
Still bound with sin with foolish pride
You fail The Truth to see

The Truth of Christ upon The Cross
The Lamb of God on high
Who chose for us to suffer loss
That we may never die

I’m not good looking so they say
With movements rather odd
Yet from my heart I still can pray
That I may please my God

Though somewhat deaf though almost blind
To some it seems absurd
That deep inside my quickened mind
