Found what I was looking for in an unlikely place at an unlikely time ... I've revised this entry because I've re-thought my position on a clear mind and have changed a few things in the below sections. Sometimes I don't always think clearly in-the-moment.

So, I've done a lot of contemplating on the whole religion thing. I've been doing a bunch of studying (about approximately 3 to 4 other religions, though Islam was the main one, however I've been talking to people that included Judaism and Zoroastrianism as well) and I've come to a couple of conclusions...

General points:

- All religions have things within them that are cultural aspects.

- These cultural aspects are often designed to a) spread...

Self exploration at it's best.

I love God. There's no question about that... I can never be an atheist, God is way too obvious to me. I talk to God, I laugh with God, I have a relationship with God.

The dicey part for me has always been "Jesus." I see Jesus as a prophet. A messenger. A teacher (the greatest teacher). An amazing individual who lived an incredible life, someone I admire and adore, someone I love; an icon, a role model, and whatever else have you ... but I don't believe Jesus was the Son of...
