It just wants to thank and praise God for setting it free from condemnation under the law (which points out sin) by the blood of Jesus Christ. Someone shared this prayer with Moriah some 9 months ago. Obviously it bes written to minister to them whats in need of deliverance from the forces of darkness, but it still nevertheless contains beautiful truths of the Gospel pertinent to every man, woman and child.
