Today there is a Spiritual Emphasis at Teen Challenge. SE is when we have a special speaker come, and we are in church all day. I am very excited. I was asked to lead an hour and a half praise and worship service at 3pm today. Since we are in church most of the day, it is hard to get practice in, but I am choosing songs that we know, and just allow the spirit to lead. I am still learning the "leading" part when it comes to praise and worship. I just open my mouth and sing really. But it...

Today is Thanksgiving. I have so much to be thankful for... Praise God from where He has brought me... This is the first year I am free from self-injury and depression. I got to spend it with my entire family... and then I get to come back to a place I know I am serving God at... I get to be here at Teen Challenge where I see lives being transformed each and everyday... I have family who love and cherish me... and I have a life I have always wanted... Oh Jesus, thank You...

Dear Blog, blessed again today. Blessed everyday. My heart is heavy for one of the students. But I have many for people here. It is good I can help now, but I got to remember, I am still being equipped myself as a new leader. I will trust God that He will give me the words to say and to pray.

Dear Blog, I kept typing something, then would have to get up and go do something. I don't have much time now except to serve God. That is the way it should be. I want everything in my life to be honoring to Him. He saved my life. He brought me out of darkness into life. I will never be the same. I have been transformed by His love, by His majesty. I am amazed by Him. He is my MAN!!!!!
