Oh Lord,
Creator of all things, to you I lift up my life. I know not where you will lead more, or where you would have me go. I fall down, and don't know how to pick myself back up. All my hopes and dreams lay scattered on the floor; let my hope in You never fail.

You are the Lord of all the earth. You are the one who makes the sun rise and set. You fill the oceans, bring spring after winter. You alone can save, You alone can create life from death. You alone can create beauty from pain, salvation from brokeness.

Hear me O Lord, as I lift up my hands to You. I am weary, I am uncertain of what to do. Send me Your everlasting grace, teach me oh Lord Your ways. Bring peace to my anxious heart. Send to me Your favor oh Lord.

And as I go through the valley, may I rest my hope in You. As I struggle through my human emotions, may I cling to Your truth and Your promises Be ever near me Oh Lord, be near me!

When all hope fails,
Be my hope in troubled times.
When all others forsake me,
Stay near, be by my side.
When brokenness tears me apart,
Bring beauty from this pain

Set me apart for You oh Lord,
Create in me a willing spirit,
Show me Your ways,
Teach my heart to trust and to not be afraid.

Here I am Lord, take me.
