Yippee! Today (11/26 actually) at about 4:00 I received my tailwheel endorsment! I'm so excited! I went out with John (instructor) again and did three landings in the Champ 7AC. The first one had a bit of a bounce, but I handled it well and was able to recover to a second wheel landing, let the tail down and proceeded with my touch and go, then the next two were progressively better. Well for the past several weeks I've been slowly plugging away on a (massive) project I've been meaning to do for a while. It is writing and publishing a series of photobooks featuring my work from the last two years. I'm just finishing up part one right now, Airshows and Aerobatics: Born to Tumble, which will, as the title suggests, be comprised of photographs taken at local airshows and aerobatic contests.
