Planting The Word
John 15:7,8 - If you abide in me, and my words abide in you, ask whatever you will, and it shall be done for you. By this my Father is glorified, that you bear much fruit, and so prove to be my disciples.
SOME ARE WILLING TO SPEND HOURS IN PRAYER ASKING FOR A MIRICLE INSTEAD OF PLANTING THE WORD OF GOD IN THEIR HEARTS, WHICH IN TIME WOULD PRODUCE THE MIRACLE. PRAYER IS WHAT WATER AND FERTILIZER ARE TO A SEED. THEY HELP THE WORD RELEASE ITS LIFE.
BUT IF YOU HAVEN'T PLANTED THE SEED, IT DOESN'T MATTER HOW MUCH WATER AND FERTILIZER YOU APPLY, THE SOIL STILL WON'T PRODUCE FRUIT. IT'S THE SEED THAT HAS LIFE!

False foundations, paradigms, illegitimate structures, systems, and limitations must bow to the Father's Kingdom. His Kingdom is perpetually coming to earth, and one day will fill the earth in Father's glory, as the water covers the sea. The Kingdom of God is within us, and whether we are noticing it or not, will continue to break through on earth as it is in Heaven.

1 Peter 2:9 -- "For you have been chosen by God Himself -- you are priests of the King, you are holy and pure, you are God's very own -- all this so that you may show to others how God called you out of the darkness into His wonderful light."

The reality is that we're in battle. We're being prevailed against. Some of us are "losing" in the fight against sin and sickness, disease and death. Some of us are losing the battle for our kids to know Jesus. Some of us are battling for our marriages.... | Regular Member | |

Many are called, but we are never separated. That separation is a threefold thing:
First: The New Creation separates us from the old life.

Jesus lived a life of of prayer, and when He needed dedicated prayer time He would send crowds and, most likely, potential resources away so that He could be with the Father. As a result He would not move, speak, or do anything that the Father did not ask Him to do.
