Well the seller for the first house didn't get off the pot and find a house to buy so I pulled my offer when I found another.. even cheaper house. - This one the seller owns a dozen houses, he's got no contingencies. There are tenants but they are on a month to month lease so they can be put out on 12/31... or before... the seller's broker says he usually can move his tenants right to another house when he decides to sell something. (which makes me feel less guilty about putting out this huge family...

I think the seller isn't able to find a new house so the deal might be dead I'm very sad I really liked this place, and I truly despise looking at houses. But I faced the reality and sent the broker a top 10 list of the houses I'm ready to look at... asking her to find out which ones are empty to look at them first
