Meals can get boring when avoiding foods that don't agree with one person or another.

Everyone has issues. Then there are the pills some are taking that interact with certain foods. I'ts like one needs to provide a buffet evey meal just to meet everyone's needs.

I'm gonna look up some free meal planning sites I think.

I spend a lot of time focusing on the illnesses of others and sometimes to my own neglect. Silly me.

I couldn't get rid of a migraine this morning and suffered all morning while my kids needed more supervision I could not give.

I can't believe it took me so long to remember to ask my daughter to pray for me. I've been teaching her to heal, as an excercize in preperation to teach others. some times I can release the healing for myself, but it is much easier to release...

I don't normally blog, I write people, I debate, I take care of my children and do a lot of teaching them.

Blogging seems a sort of public diary, I can't imagine why people would care what I jot down personally.

All things being accomplished from the foundation of the world, healing naturally occurs. We expect cuts to heal. We get worried if they don't.
