CHANGES and CHALLENGES

My grand daughter is 13 today! She is now a bona fide teen; but she has been working at it for over a year now. She wears make up and plays on the girl's softball team. She says she wants to be a veterinarian. So far the only indication I see in that is that she loves animals. It is a start. The way she loves sports I am guessing she may become a girl's coach and a teacher like her dad and me. It has been almost two years now since we moved to the city and found a church here. Transplanting takes time especially when the plants are older and deep rooted. It takes fresh and rich soil, lots of water, and time for the plant to bloom as it once did.

God has been doing this to us. We are transplanted now, the Word is rich, and we are watered continually by it. And now our leaves reach out and touch others.

Working as a moderator on another forum I know we encounter trolls, pretenders, and posting freaks a lot. I think with some it is simply a "mean" passtime; but with others it can be some kind of crazy addiction in which in an unreal world they are seeking something they don't get in the real world.

I had a friend I met on line once who posted under several identities. Good posts they were too but pretending to be member's of the same family who may or may not have been...
