No matter what we try to do or who we try to be, we in and of ourselves are not enough to 'make it' in the Christian life. I keep coming back to this one simple truth - it's He who completes us. It is HE who started the good work and it is HE who will continue and finish it. The other verse that keeps coming back to me is 'He will perfect all that concerns me'. Been thinking a lot about how people are sometimes pessimistic, and only see the bad things in life... I was one of them for a few months, but Mostly I am an optimistic person, and I mostly see the lighter side of life. All I needed to do is remember that there is a light in the darkness of everybody's life, we just need to see it and quit being blind to the hopeful side, sometimes it hurts to think that everything's going to be okay, but when you meet God halfway... anything can happen. hope...
