Have you ever sat there, late at night, knowing there is something you should be doing? Not just that minute but with your life. Knowing that there is a greater purpose waiting for you, but you have no idea what it is? No way of knowing how to find out?

Well that is what it has been like for myself for the last week. My husband is working midnights this week and was working the same all last week. Everynight I find myself sitting here on my puled out Futon contemplating...

Forgiving others

Jesus tells us to turn the other cheek, pray for our enemies, and love our neighbors as we would love ourselves. He also says to NOT resist anyone who is evil (Matthew 5:39).

These tactics may seem like they were just designed to make us suffer but I think that these actions break down the hatred and evil in the heart of the offender. Ok, so God gave me this gift and by what others say, I'm very good at this particular gift. I can write. Not just good, but really, really well! There are a small group of people who read my stories and are captivated and keep bugging me for more. I'm not saying this out of ego for myself because if you ask me, I suck!
