Holiness deeds attain
Futile suffered God’s Lamb & Son
His dreadful death in vain

But through the righteousness of Christ
Singing His holy song
Obeying whom God sacrificed
Revealing we belong

By serving The risen Jesus
Walking in His might
Living to Him who sees us
Fighting our righteous fight

Because of wayward confusion
Failing true obedience...

When Heaven’s Glory’s in one’s heart
The Hope of life will dwell
Allowing us a brand new start
To walk from death and hell

Through faith we have! God’s Guarantee
Through trust life’s place is won
Through love God’s granted you and me
Believing in His Son

Not from outside has one to grow
Once Christ has set us free
From inside out spirits should flow
That others lost may see

No longer do...

One day a knock came to my door
I opened it for two
They spoke of God of Heaven’s law
And asked me what I do

If I were Christian they enquired
If I would join their few
Saying the Bible was God inspired
And written by the Jew

Further saying The Lord could save
Could heal your broken heart
Could help you flee both death and grave
Allowing a brand new start

Is Heaven’s word your daily bread?...

Just sitting here and feeling low
What is this life about?
There must be somewhere else to go
Than dithering full of doubt

Does no know does no one see?
I’m sick to death of life
What’s going to become of me?
How can I end this strife?

It’s war, war, war here crying
Aching, breaking my heart
What can stop me trying?
Tearing myself apart

I’m out of work sadly alone
In dreadful deep despair...

Are lips to kiss or truth to speak?
A nose to flaunt or smell
Are eyes for lust or meant to seek
Ways to Heaven or hell

However much we think us odd
Useless, infirm or fit
The body is a tool of God
For Man to do their bit

We’ve hands to heal to work and play
We’ve feet to walk the earth
Mouths to eat, drink, speak and pray
And organs offspring to birth

Ears to hear nature and word
Fingers...
