Question: Is there anything I could do or say to persuade you that the name you’ve had all your life wasn’t actually your name? What if I told you that there’s been a conspiracy plotted against you to get you to believe that the name you’ve gone by all these years was given to you as part of a cruel game being played on you. What if I told you that I could produce court documents to prove that your name really wasn’t your name? How hard would I have to work to get you to believe me?
You're driving down the road when you come across an unfinished bridge. The road wasn't closed. There were no warning signs. The only reason you didn't fly off the end into your demise is because your car broke down. If you refuse to get out of the car and stop others from going over, warning them that they path they are traveling will end in their death, wouldn't you be guilty of a sin equivalent to murder?
In the same way there are sinners running past you in the direction of hell....
Sorry that I have missed posting last week. It was a very busy time around my job and house. Closing out the school year, doctor's appointments, preparing for Vacation Bible School, and many other things have just seemed to swallow up the time. But, life goes on. And boy does it go on when you have four children in the house. Now, I do only have three, but we have been watching a baby for a friend of our lately that has made life more interesting around the Boyd residence.
Back on the band wagon. I know I can be successful-- I was down to 178 lbs before, so I know I CAN totally lose weight. I know I'm smart enough to know how to do, my body can handle exercise, and I know emotionally I feel better.
My one and only goal this week is to track my food and stay in around 1300 calories. Sounds easy, right!?! Hopefully it won't be too hard.
