Where am I?

My life has been, still is & will be for an undetermined amount of time in the future, hectic.
Work is crazy busy & so is home.
My job is evolving & I've been working 6 days a week, 60+ hour workweeks, since January.
Right now, we have many animals & baby animals to look after, along with our garden. Yes, spring has really sprung here. We have a cat & a kitten, chickens & chicks, ducks & ducklings, dogs & puppies, and have purchased alpacas. ...

The Shape of Sola Scriptura - Forward

I thought that a good project is to read what is considered possibly the best modern defense of sola scriptura. It is called The Shape of Sola Scriptura by Keith Mathison. You can probably get a copy from the nearest library. They can always get it through inter-library loan. Or you can all so get at most of the book at The Shape of Sola Scriptura - Google Book Search.

Anyway this is my first installment. This is my response to the Forward of this book, written by Douglas M. Jones...

Conservative on social issue.

The fact is the almost everyone can vote for someone who believe in conservative social issue, that is, it only rules people out in rare circumstances. It does, however, rule a lot of people in, and that is why it is historically a big winner. So, when social issues are blamed for the failure of the GOP it is nothing but a baseless excuse. You really think that you can win a minority on gay marriage? I don't think so. Most people either or against it, or simply don't care enough to let it affect...

My Understanding: In the first dream, there was a problem with the legs under a table and so we had to keep either replacing the legs or adding to them. Legs are often symbolic of support, such as support for the body of Christ or of our spiritual walk with Christ. A table is often a symbol for the altar of God.

In I Peter 2:4-12, we learn that Jesus is the living stone who was rejected by man but chosen by God. I identify with that (rejected by man but chosen by God). The scripture...
