Not a bad day. Tried to go off the deep end but caught myself and turned around. I think it's so ingrained in me it's just natural to want it, even if I really don't.

But anyways, doing okay overall, slowly but steadily making ground. Looking forward to the weekend - lots of free time = loads of temptations.

We shall see.
