The ringer here is that all written tests put dyslexic persons at a disadvantage, regardless of their knowledge. Explaining why a dyslexic could be passed over for consideration is a much harder argument to make. A handicap is certainly more important than racial characteristics in case.

The world has a language it uses when it speaks of God. If they say grace before a meal on TV or in the movies, you can be sure they won't say, "In Jesus' name." Or when they speak about God, they will call Him, "The Man upstairs," or the old faithful, "The Good Lord." They think somehow that if God is good, He will be good enough to overlook their sins and drop any thought of having a Judgment Day. Yet, their own words...
