Be near to me in my darkness, as I walk through the valley. Things have been hard lately and I have been doing my best to hang on. I really feel dragged down by spiritual darkness. My conscience is clear in you and in knowing that you are who I server, and yet I can feel the attacks of the darkness of the world. The more I seek you, the harder I am attacked.

Sometimes I feel like it is more than I can bear. The lies are near, and my strength seems to fail me.

I was recently placed in a "trance" by a colleague at work as part of their practice of neuro linguistic programming.

The best way I can describe it is as like being asleep but awake at the same time. I was fully concious of my surroundings but also was fully relaxed. A very bizarre experiance.
