I have angina and the major factors that aggravates or triggers it is stress and lack of exercise.
I don't eat processed foods. Where I live, whole foods can be cheaper so I eat whole foods instead to save money.
My diet is high carbs but it doesn't give me any problems at all. I can fast as easy as those on keto diet. I don't get wild blood sugar swings and crashes like most people do on high carb diets and I'm still maintaining athletic BMI and body fat %
I think the main culprit is still lack of exercise, stress, and processed foods.
