Isaiah 8:
13 The Lord of hosts, Him you shall hallow;
Let Him be your fear,
And let Him be your dread.
14 He will be as a sanctuary,
But a stone of stumbling and a rock of offense
To both the houses of Israel,
As a trap and a snare to the inhabitants of Jerusalem.
15 And many among them shall stumble;
They shall fall and be broken,
Be snared and taken.

16 Bind up the testimony,
Seal the law among my disciples.

My disciples: [H3928] limmud= "the learned"

Psalm 50:
4 “The Lord God has given Me
The tongue of the learned,

That I should know how to speak
A word in season to him who is weary.
He awakens Me morning by morning,
He awakens My ear
To hear as the learned.

5 The Lord God has opened My ear;
And I was not rebellious,
Nor did I turn away.

A disciple must learn the Way of the Lord;
This is a sound apostolic doctrine...
Ephesians 4:

17 This I say, therefore, and testify in the Lord, that you should no longer walk
as the rest of the Gentiles walk, in the futility of their mind,
18 having their understanding darkened, being alienated from the life of God,
because of the ignorance that is in them, because of the blindness of their heart;
19 who, being past feeling, have given themselves over to lewdness,
to work all uncleanness with greediness.
20 But you have not so learned Christ,
21 if indeed you have
heard Him and have been taught by Him,
as the truth is in Jesus:
22 that you put off, concerning your former conduct, the old man
which grows corrupt according to the deceitful lusts,
23 and be renewed in the spirit of your mind,
24 and that you put on the new man which was created according to God,
in true righteousness and holiness.

So to you the Pharisees and, scribes had the law sealed in them. Jesus called them hypocrites multiple times.

I have no idea what you are talking about.
I never mentioned scribes and Pharisees.
The scribes and Pharisees were labeled "blind guides".
To them He was "a rock of offense".
The OP defines "the learned" by Isaiah 50 and Ephesians 4.
Somehow you managed to overlook this.

They were the learned of the Jews of Christ's day. They were the lawyers who made up the Sanhedrin, the Jewish supreme court.

15 And many among them shall stumble;
They shall fall and be broken,
Be snared and taken.

John 7:

14 Now about the middle of the feast Jesus went up into the temple and taught.
15 And the Jews marveled, saying, “How does this Man know letters, having never studied?”
16 Jesus answered them and said, “My doctrine is not Mine, but His who sent Me.

17 If anyone wills to do His will, he shall know concerning the doctrine,
whether it is from God or whether I speak on My own authority.

One more time, the OP is defining "the learned" by Isaiah 50 and Ephesians 4,
not "the education of the day."
Philippians 3:

3 For we are the circumcision, who worship God in the Spirit, rejoice in Christ Jesus, and have no confidence in the flesh, 4 though I also might have confidence in the flesh. If anyone else thinks he may have confidence in the flesh, I more so: 5 circumcised the eighth day, of the stock of Israel, of the tribe of Benjamin, a Hebrew of the Hebrews; concerning the law, a Pharisee; 6 concerning zeal, persecuting the church; concerning the righteousness which is in the law, blameless. 7 But what things were gain to me, these I have counted loss for Christ. 8 Yet indeed I also count all things loss for the excellence of the knowledge of Christ Jesus my Lord, for whom I have suffered the loss of all things, and count them as rubbish, that I may gain Christ 9 and be found in Him, not having my own righteousness, which is from the law, but that which is through faith in Christ, the righteousness which is from God by faith; 10 that I may know Him and the power of His resurrection, and the fellowship of His sufferings, being conformed to His death, 11 if, by any means, I may attain to the resurrection from the dead.

Paul was among them, until He forsook that standing in society to follow Christ.
Acts 22:

3 “I am indeed a Jew, born in Tarsus of Cilicia, but brought up in this city at the feet of Gamaliel, taught according to the strictness of our fathers’ law, and was zealous toward God as you all are today. 4 I persecuted this Way to the death, binding and delivering into prisons both men and women/

The learned are not the ones sealed with the law. It is those who are humble and willing to be taught of God. Education is not an indicator of spiritual discernment. Paul's pre conversion experience tells us this.

Isaiah's day was no different. The king's of Judah were well educated and yet they led the nation so deep into idolatry that Jerusalem was destroyed for it's wickedness.

Isaiah 1: 1 THE vision of Isaiah the son of Amoz, which he saw concerning Judah and Jerusalem in the days of Uzziah, Jotham, Ahaz, and Hezekiah, kings of Judah.
2 Hear, O heavens, and give ear, O earth: for the Lord hath spoken, I have nourished and brought up children, and they have rebelled against me.
3 The ox knoweth his owner, and the ass his master’s crib: but Israel doth not know, my people doth not consider.
4 Ah sinful nation, a people laden with iniquity, a seed of evildoers, children that are corrupters: they have forsaken the Lord, they have provoked the Holy One of Israel unto anger, they are gone away backward.
5 ¶ Why should ye be stricken any more? ye will revolt more and more: the whole head is sick, and the whole heart faint.

There was only one king out of 4 who was faithful to God.

The learned are not the ones sealed with the law.
This is stating the opposite of Isaiah:
Isaiah 8 states that the Law is sealed among those taught by God,
as does Isaiah 50.

4 “The Lord God has given Me
The tongue of the learned,
That I should know how to speak
A word in season to him who is weary.
He awakens Me morning by morning,
He awakens My ear
To hear as the learned.
5 The Lord God has opened My ear;
And I was not rebellious,
Nor did I turn away.

The OP defines the learned as those taught by God.

Education is not an indicator of spiritual discernment. Paul's pre conversion experience tells us this.
That was clearly the point made by the OP,
by Paul himself in his teaching from Ephesians 4.
Ephesians 4:20
But you have not so learned Christ,
21 if indeed you have heard Him and have been taught by Him, as the truth is in Jesus.

You defined the learned as "educated". The OP did not.

It's the same thing I said. Only the humble who are willing to be taught of God can be His disciples. Not many educated are willing to humble themselves.

OK. My mistake.
Ephesians 4 does insist that we "put off", and "put on" does it not?
This is to be sealed among the learned, and rightly divide the Word of Truth.

20 But you have not so learned Christ,
21 if indeed you have
heard Him and have been taught by Him,
as the truth is in Jesus:
22 that you put off, concerning your former conduct, the old man
